alright well mine is hacked and if you have a PC it should work

1. after you download the firware he has for you plug in your ipod

2. hold the home and power switch at the same time until itunes doesnt recognized the ipod

3. take you hand off the power button but on the home button and hold the home until the ipod reappears

4. when the ipod reappears it should be ready for recovery mode

5. shift click on the resotre button and click to were ever you saved the firmware(desktop is recommened)

6. then it should take about thirty minutes to restore and your ipod is 1.1.1

7. now just go to jailbreakme.com on your ipod and instal appsnapp at the bottom
