Hi i just got a apple ipod and i am trying to tranfer music from my computer to ipod and no matter what i down load it keeps saying this device has either stopped responding or has been disconected please can u help me to sort this out thankyou .

well i pressed the re start button on my ipod ,which is the menu button and the top button and now it froze on the apple and Im not sure wether if that is bad or good , what can i do ?

hey lonman,
i noticed you advice mainly on ihones and like. my problem is basically a bb touch phone, the storm 2 (9550). i got mine in april and its a verizon. i experience incessant network issues. always dropping network bars in areas where there is full network. this problem started like early this year.
